At Premier Chiropractic we are happy to serve patients with Oregon Health Plan.

 

Here in Salem, OHP benefits are generally managed through Willamette Valley Community Health; however some OHP clients will have Open Card benefits that are not associated with WVCH. If you are unsure whether you have Open Card or WVCH, please feel free to call us and we would be happy to check for you.

 

For those with Open Card: you may simply call us to schedule an initial evaluation to determine if your condition warrants Chiropractic Care. We will then request authorization for a treatment necessary.

For those with WVCH: in order to see a chiropractor you will need a referral from your Medical Doctor (or other Primary Care Provider) before your initial evaluation at our office. Once you have the referral, we are then able to schedule you for your initial evaluation and request authorization for any necessary treatment.
